The Client Acquisition Audit — AdmissionsEngine

This audit is built for a specific kind of facility.

Not every BH operator is the right fit — and that's intentional. The audit only works when there's something meaningful to audit.

✓  Good fit
  • Spending $25k or more per month on Google or Meta Ads
  • Running active campaigns but unsure which ones are actually driving admits
  • Frustrated that spend keeps climbing while admits stay flat
  • Working with a general agency that doesn't speak payer mix or LegitScript
  • Ready to make decisions based on cost-per-admit, not cost-per-click
✗  Not the right fit
  • Spending less than $25k/month — the audit won't surface enough to be actionable
  • Not yet running Google or Meta campaigns — there's nothing to audit yet
  • Looking for a quick fix or a one-time campaign setup without ongoing management
  • Primarily focused on Medicaid patients — our system is built around commercial payers

Three things you get. All of them actionable.

Every audit delivers the same three outputs — each one designed to give you clarity before you commit to anything else.

Loom Video Walkthrough

A recorded, screen-share walkthrough of your Google and Meta accounts — narrated in plain English by Anthony directly. No agency-speak, no vanity metrics. You'll see exactly which campaigns are burning budget, which targeting decisions are attracting the wrong insurance types, and where the structural problems live. Shareable with your CMO, CEO, or CFO — no translation required.

Written Findings Report

A structured written document that maps every major finding to a specific recommendation. Organized by impact — what to fix first, what to test, and what to kill. This is the document your team refers back to whether you move forward with us or not. We write it to be useful, not to generate dependency. If you take it to another agency, that's fine — we'd rather you have the truth than a polished pitch.

Live Strategy Call with Anthony

A 60-minute working session — not a sales call dressed up as a strategy call. We walk through the findings together, you ask questions, and we build a clear picture of what the path forward looks like: what needs to be rebuilt, what can be optimized, what a realistic cost-per-admit target looks like for your specific market and payer mix. By the end, you know exactly what's wrong and what it would take to fix it.

Everything we pull apart to find the leak.

A real audit isn't a surface-level read of your dashboard. We go deep on the six areas where BH campaigns consistently fail.

🎯
Campaign Architecture & Structure

How your account is organized, how budgets are allocated across campaigns, and whether the structure supports payer-aware targeting or fights against it.

🔑
Keyword Strategy & Match Types

Which terms you're bidding on, which you're not, and — critically — which ones are generating Medicaid traffic instead of commercial payer leads.

📄
Landing Page & Funnel Quality

Whether your landing pages are qualifying insurance type before the call, or sending every lead straight to intake regardless of coverage.

📊
Conversion Tracking & Attribution

What you're actually measuring, what you think you're measuring, and whether your campaigns are optimizing toward admits or just toward form fills.

👥
Audience Targeting & Exclusions

Who you're reaching on Meta and Google Display — and who you're not filtering out. Poor exclusion lists are one of the most common sources of unqualified call volume.

💬
Ad Copy & Creative Messaging

Whether your messaging is attracting the right patient profile — or inadvertently filtering for uninsured and Medicaid patients through vague or broad treatment language.

What you walk away with is clarity, not a sales pitch.
A clear picture of where your budget is leaking and why
Which campaigns are producing admits vs. burning spend
A specific, prioritized fix list — not generic recommendations
A realistic cost-per-admit target for your market and payer mix
A documented roadmap you can act on with or without us
If you decide to move forward with managed services, the audit fee credits toward your first month. If you don't, you still walk away with the most useful paid media analysis your facility has ever had.

From call to clarity in under two weeks.

The audit is a structured, time-bounded engagement — not an open-ended consulting relationship.

What people ask before they book.

No. We only need read-only access to your Google Ads account, Meta Business Manager, and your analytics platform. We don't touch campaigns, bids, budgets, or settings during the audit. Nothing changes in your account until you explicitly ask it to.
That's actually the most common situation we see. The audit gives you an independent assessment of what your current agency is doing — not from a competing agency trying to win your business, but from a specialist who can tell you objectively what's working and what isn't. Many clients use the audit to have a more informed conversation with their current agency about performance.
No. It's a paid engagement with specific deliverables — a Loom walkthrough, a written findings report, and a live strategy call. You own those deliverables regardless of what you decide to do afterward. We're direct about what we find, including if we think your current setup is actually performing well. That's not something an agency trying to close a deal at any cost would tell you.
Free audits are sales tools. They're designed to identify just enough problems to justify a pitch. Our audit is a paid deliverable — which means we're accountable for the quality and depth of what we produce, not for whether it converts you to a client. The incentive structure is completely different, and it shows in the output.
You decide. If the findings point to problems we can fix and you want to move forward, we'll put together a managed services proposal. If you want to take the report and implement changes internally or with your current agency, that's completely fine — the deliverables are yours. There's no pressure and no follow-up sequence. We let the quality of the work make the case.
Honestly, probably not yet. Below $25k/month, the account typically doesn't have enough campaign history and data for the audit to surface the structural issues that make the biggest difference. We'd rather tell you that upfront than take your money for an audit that can't deliver the depth it should. Get to $25k/month and come back — that's the right time.

Start with 30 minutes. Walk away knowing exactly what's wrong.

Book the intro call below. We'll confirm you're a fit, walk through what access we'll need, and answer any questions before the audit starts. No commitment beyond the call itself.
